Comforts of deluxe king room with a cracking view were fabulous. The breakfast was incredible and delicious with amazing coffee, and also the staff were all exceptional. The hotel was in a very central location right next to events on the lawn.

The location turned out to be marvellous and particularly good, not far from the beach and boardwalk, excellent restaurants and East Cliff. I have stayed in double room with seaview, a ceiling fan and the bathroom for 3 nights.

The location of this hotel very close to the beach and local attractions and a wide variety of restaurants and bars, the leisure centre by Kate who was fantastic and restaurants was marvellous and good. The staff were amazingly nice, the room was large and recently refurbished.
The room was a bit cramped also Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

The place was spotless with an incredibly attentive and helpful staff on the reception desk. The setting was lovely and wonderful, close enough to East Cliff, the bar / restaurant and beach. Booked the deluxe king room for 1 night, everything was lovely and I truly enjoyed hotel's location in tubes. They provided a generous and delicious breakfast with tea/ coffee and the rate so extra 30 pounds, as example.

The venue was in a very central location so close to the centre, where there are restaurants, bars, pubs and cinema, the beach and a short walk into town and the shopping area. A few times I ate at Valentino, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The refurbished restaurant for dinner and the main bar.

In the evening we visited Miso Korean Restaurant, set close to the hotel. The vibe here was family. By the way, we paid gbp 12 per day for parking lot.
